Celebrate G.O.O.D. Friday with some Kanye remixes

I got three Kanye remixes for you today on Good Friday that I still keep in heavy rotation. The first is off the G.O.O.D ASS mixtape Kanye released last fall. It’s called Life of a Don, and it’s a reworking of Kanye’s hit Barry Bonds. Perajok removes all Barry Bonds references and slows down the vocals with a nice chill beat:

Next is the current master of remixes, one-half of Chiddy Bang, Mr Xaphoon Jones combining Radiohead’s Reckoner with Kanye West’s Touch the Sky off the Xaphoon Jones Mixtape Volume 1. Kanye and Lupe’s vocals over Radiohead is perfect synced musical bliss:

Lastly, I got an old remix of Homecoming courtesy of DiscoTech. I plan on doing a whole post about DiscoTech’s remixes in a bit and you can see why after listening to this. The remix duo make the song their own by switching the song structure and making Kanye’s and Coldplay’s Chris Martin’s vocals stand out over a banging club beat:
